Payless has been using a lot of good music in their ads over the last few years...I remember the one with "Kate" by Sambassadeur, and I think they may have used a PAS/CAL song at some point. How does someone get the job of selecting music for commercials?

There was Sambassadeur in a Payless ad? Thank goodness I didn't hear that, it would have made me buy shoes.
I totally want that job, and then I would inundate everyone with more indiepop, mwahaha...
